Choose Ramp Rates of 3.0 C/min, 5.0 C/min, 10 C/min, and 15 C/min.

The EV series AGREE style chambers are available in sizes ranging from 12 to 110 cubic feet (340 L to 3114L), and accommodate electro-dynamic and mechanical vibration systems and/or roll-in product carts. The EV series can be used as a test chamber or as a test chamber with vibration tables.

These chambers allow for rapid temperature change rates and all systems are high pressure, leak tested, and operationally tested to performance specifications prior to delivery.

The Star Galaxy™ HALT/HASS systems are integrated test chamber/vibration table packages. These chambers are outfitted with a liquid nitrogen (LN2) cooling systems in order to provide the rapid thermal change rates required to achieve maximum product stress. The vibration table is a six degree-of-freedom (6DoF) tri-axial pneumatic vibration table.
The STAR Plus Series vibration tables has one of the most consistent acceleration levels per unit area of any table on the market today thanks to it’s patented proprietary state of the art Six Degrees of Freedom, Tri-axial, Ppneumatic vibration tables. Among other benefits, when multiple products are tested they receive almost identical vibration forces regardless of where they are mounted. The vibration of the table is monitored and controlled by a tri-axial accelerometer block. The outputs of the three accelerometers are time multiplexed, producing and average gRMS level of all three axes. (Operational temperature range for accelerometer(s) is -51.1˚C to +107˚C)

The table can be used separately from the chamber thanks to how readily the STAR Plus Series can be moved. With the “Easy Lift” actuator you can literally raise and lower the table with one finger. This duality means that the table can be used for one test, and the chamber used for a separate test, it’s like performing two tests at once!

TWO ZONE, SINGLE CAPACITY (-2) (One hot zone & one cold zone) The products under test travel via a carrier basket, alternating between the hot and cold zones. TWO ZONE, DOUBLE CAPACITY (-2D) (Two hot zones & one cold zone) In the two zone, double capacity system, the cold zone is always in use, which contributes to the efficiency of the system. THREE ZONE, SINGLE CAPACITY (-3) (One hot zone, one ambient zone & one cold zone) In the horizontal three zone, the products travel via a carrier basket between the cold and ambient zones, and the hot zone travels to envelop the carrier basket.

The TS Series is a liquid-to-liquid thermal shock bath designed to operate for semiconductor devices within current military standards (Mil-Std 883 Method 1011.8 and Mil-Std 202 Method 107G, and with a load between 7.5 and 10 lbs.

Through the use of a robotic arm the basket is able to travel between the hot and cold baths.

There is an agitator system in each bath to ensure good temperature distribution and the large transparent Plexiglas lid allows full access to the baths for loading and unloading the test basket.

The large, translucent Plexiglas lid ensures full access to both baths for loading and unloading the test basket. The TS series also has a built in agitator system in both baths that enhances temperature distribution.

TWO ZONE, SINGLE CAPACITY (-2) (One hot zone & one cold zone) The products under test travel via a vertical lift elevator, alternating between the hot and cold zones. TWO ZONE, DOUBLE CAPACITY (-2D) (Two hot zones & one cold zone) In the two zone, double capacity system, the cold zone is always in use, which contributes to the efficiency of the system.

The TS-60 test chamber is made of two independently controlled chambers. One chamber is hot and the other one is cold. The temperature shock between hot and cold is created with the rapid transfer of the specimens on the lift and the subsequent exposure to a wide range of temperatures.

 
The pre-fabricated Walk-In/Drive-In test chamber's modular construction facilitates ease of move-in and setup. The WP Series accepts all sizes of roll-up conditioning modules. WP Series is suited for many Telcordia (Bellcore) applications. The WP Series has temperatures up to 150 C (302 F) available providing greater testing options.
The integral welded floors provide proper drainage of water/fluids. The unit's one-piece custom construction makes the chambers very easy to install. Larger units can be constructed on site.
