The experience we have gained over decades in the world of heat technology results in high-quality and innovative products. Thus we was one of the first companies on the market who’s hot air sterilizers maintain the U.S. Federal Standard for class 100 (according to DIN EN ISO 14644-1, class 5) during an entire cycle. An entire cycle comprises heating, sterilizing and cooling of the product. Of course, all sterilizers fulfill the requirements of the relevant clean room classes (ISO 5 and 7 of DIN EN ISO 14644-1). The brand stands not only for the further development of their sterilizers but also for the combination of high quality and reliability together with long-life cycle and functionality.
If you wish to sterilize quickly, cost-effectively, and reliably the dry heat sterilization method is an attractive alternative to other available systems on the market. This method only employs air, thus enabling sterilization to be carried out at high temperatures. Dependent on the temperature level, the sterilization process is considerably faster than other methods and is time saving and economical with low investment costs. Thanks to the high temperatures, the sterilization process requires no chemicals, providing further advantages. Advantages
  • Easy handling of the system
  • Simplified maintenance and cleaning
  • Safe working conditions for operating staff, due to the fact that no risks can evolve from hazardous additives to the system
  • Environmentally friendly
  • Low operating costs
Product range We offer dry heat sterilizers for the clean room specifications ISO 5 and 7 in accordance with DIN EN ISO 14644-1. All series can be produced as a free standing unit or prepared for wall installation, as a serving-hatch version with front and rear doors for separation of sterile and non-sterile working areas. The serving-hatch version is equipped with electric locks, thus ensuring that only one door at a time can be opened.
