That’s why we’re excited to introduce our Loyalty Plus Service Benefits Program, designed to reward our valued customers with exclusive perks, special services, and generous discounts.
Program details and benefits:
- Required Qualifications: Must be an owner of 5 or more pieces of the Weiss Group equipment and be a part of a Preventative Maintenance Program.
- Discount Labor rate: 10% off current local labor rate (based upon normal working hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM local time, Monday through Friday); no overtime charges Monday through Friday. Discount 10% off Mileage at the normal rate.
- Discount: 10% on all parts and materials.
- Discount: 10% on Preventative Maintenance or Calibrations
- Airfares and car rentals will be billed at cost; travel time is based on portal-to-portal.
- Overtime charges apply on Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays. Saturdays will be billed at time and one half: Sundays at double time, and Holidays at double time and one half. Overtime charges are based on regular rates, not reduced rates.
- Emergency Service / Req. schedule change Regular rate X 2
- Standard Response Times are 3-5 Business Days
- The contract amount can be utilized for any type of service required, including emergency service, preventive maintenance, travel, parts, materials, calibrations, training, or any other service necessary.
- Expiration date is two years from initial start date. Renewals extend the expiration dates.
- Payment terms are Net 30 days for the value of service provided (invoiced immediately upon completion of service request).
- Blanket PO sum of $10,000.00 minimum.
- Reduces equipment downtimes due to internal PO requisition processes.
