A global electronics manufacturing services company faced a complex testing challenge: evaluating the thermal performance of power server racks and data server racks that generate significant heat during operation. The application required an environmental test chamber capable of accommodating high live loads while accurately simulating real-world thermal conditions to assess heat distribution and cooling effectiveness. Weiss Technik engineered a custom Xceed Front-to-Back Airflow (FBA) Walk-In Chamber designed to meet these demands, enabling accurate, repeatable testing of server rack cooling performance and heat dissipation under live loads up to 70 kW.
